My Wife and I were looking for a cooking class while on honeymoon in Phu Quoc. After an unfortunate last minute cancellation from another company about our cooking class Phu Quoc , we were recommended to contact Troc’s Kitchen & Cooking Class.

He responded immediately with a tasty list of different menues to try and many ways to easily contact him and pay for cooking classes. A few days later we arrived at the beautiful Phu House Hostle (Khách sạn Phú House) where Troc’s Kitchen operates out of.

The rooftop restaurant provided a backdrop of breathtaking vistas of the city and shoreline for us while cooking. Troc is friendly, accommodating, funny, and knowledgeable. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and learn from. His lovely assistants are skilled and helped prepare ingredients for us in between dishes.

I would highly recommend Troc’s Kitchen to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Learning about the history and culture thru local food and ingredients is the best way to experience a country. I am looking forward to the next time we visit Phu Quoc and can spend more time cooking class Phu Quoc and learning from Troc.
